About Yarraman Stables & Kelpies

Yarrman Stables & Kelpies is run by Andrew, an equine and dog enthusiast and his wife Megan. They have three children Grace, Darcy and Lilly.

The business has been operating at Tumbarumba for the past 8 years. Andrew has worked in the horse and kelpie industry for the past 20 years. In his time he has gained much experience and expertise in dealing with these animals. He has worked closely with numerous professional trainers, increasing his knowledge base and understanding of all horse aspects.

Our business offers many services such as;

•       breaking (any breed of horse)
•       training, including starting horses on cattle
•       work with green of problem horses
•       agistment
•       dealing with problem horses
•       float loading issues
•       injured horse management
•       kelpie puppies, started and trained dogs
•       riding lessons and much more....

We almost always have foals, mares, geldings, colts and ridden horse for sale throughout the year. We pride ourselves on the excellent bloodlines that our horses carry and enjoy breeding, raising, showing and breaking-in our youngsters and seeing them excel in whatever discipline their ultimate owners choose.

With having 5 bitches we generally have kelpie puppies, started and trained kelpies available throughout the year and enjoy breeding and training them.
